By booking or participating in any Panama Travel Co. tour or activity, you accept these terms.

Refunds processed within 30 days to original payment method. No refunds for unused services or early departures. If we cancel due to weather, safety, or force majeure, you can reschedule or receive a refund.


PAYMENT

Full payment required before tour starts (unless agreed otherwise in writing)

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods per confirmation email

Any payment processing fees are your responsibility


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accurate personal info, emergency contact, medical conditions, allergies, and dietary needs at booking

Obtain your own passport, visas, and travel documents

Follow all safety instructions from guides and staff

Behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and other participants

Disclose all medical conditions and disabilities

We may remove you from the tour without refund if you violate safety protocols or engage in disruptive behavior.


MEDICAL & FITNESS

You confirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate. You are responsible for your own medical care and medications.

We strongly recommend travel insurance (medical, evacuation, trip cancellation). Panama Travel Co. does not provide insurance.


LIABILITY WAIVER

You acknowledge that tours and activities involve inherent risks including weather, transportation, illness, injury, and unforeseen circumstances. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

You hereby release Panama Travel Co., Tiyul S.A., their owners, employees, contractors, guides, drivers, suppliers, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

Panama Travel Co. acts as an intermediary only when arranging third-party services (transportation, accommodation, activities, and other suppliers). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of third-party providers.

Exception: This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct by Panama Travel Co.


PHOTOS & MEDIA

We may photograph, video, or record you during the tour for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials). If you do NOT consent, email reservations@panamatravelco.com with “NO PHOTOS” in the subject line at least 7 days before the tour starts.


MINORS (Under 18)

A parent or legal guardian must sign consent. The parent/guardian assumes all liability and accepts these terms on behalf of the minor.


ITINERARY CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify activities, accommodations, or transportation due to safety, weather, or operational constraints. Reasonable changes do not entitle you to refunds.


COMPLAINTS

Tell your guide immediately if an issue arises during the tour. For unresolved complaints, email us within 10 days of tour end including tour name, dates, what happened, and your requested resolution. We’ll respond within 14 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. By booking, paying, or participating, you accept all terms.
