OMER ADAM PACKAGE – PARTICIPATION WAIVER & CANCELLATION POLICY
March 26–29

1. Acknowledgment of Participation
By booking and participating in the Omer Adam Package, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a group travel experience that includes lodging, transportation, meals, tours, events, and related activities in Panama.
I understand that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to delays, schedule changes, weather conditions, transportation incidents, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience that may arise during the trip.
I hereby release and hold harmless Panama Travel Co., Tiyul S.A., their owners, employees, contractors, guides, suppliers, and partners from any and all claims arising from my participation in this package, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Health & Fitness
I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate in the activities included in this package. I am responsible for any medical needs, medications, or special requirements.
4. Security & Community Access
Access to synagogues, Jewish community spaces, and communal events is subject to local security requirements and approvals. Completion of required security forms is mandatory. Entry is not guaranteed if requirements are not met.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The package does not include medical, trip interruption, or cancellation insurance unless explicitly stated.
6. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to the Omer Adam Package (March 26–29):
40% of the total package price is non-refundable under all circumstances, once payment is made.
30 days or more before the trip start date:
The remaining 60% is refundable (the 40% non-refundable portion is retained).
20 days before the trip start date:
30% of the total package price is refundable.
10 days before the trip start date:
20% of the total package price is refundable.
Less than 10 days before the trip start date:
No refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be provided for unused services, late arrivals, early departures, or missed activities.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing period.
7. Changes & Force Majeure
The organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to operational needs, safety concerns, weather, or force majeure events. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.
9. Acceptance
By booking and/or signing digitally, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above.
